Did You Get a Pass?

As I write this, it's nearly midnight in the eastern time zone of the U.S., and the rest of the country won't be far behind.

The significance for snowboarding? November will be here, and with it, the end to many early-season sales of season passes. But do the math; even with November's higher prices, a pass may still be worth your trouble.

Some lift-served terrain has been open in Colorado for a few weeks now, and if things work out, even the flatlanders will be able to go snowboarding within the end of the month.

Time to dig out those boots, gloves, tools, and other goodies, and start thinking about making turns.
